A good ergonomist who can fully address ergonomic and categorization risks in the workplace is, unfortunately, a scarce "commodity" on today's market. In this course we focus on individual mentoring and education of applied ergonomics, ie. correct evaluation and setting, especially of technical corrective measures to reduce the level of risk in workplaces. The course takes place directly in your company at your workplaces and processes. The course includes individual tasks and a final test. At the end of the course, the participant will receive a certificate.

According to our many years of experience, we can detect on average around 70% of ergonomic and safety deficiencies in the design itself, when the equipment or workplace is still in the drawing process of the designer. Modifications before the machine is put into production are many times cheaper than then solved ex post in production, when the machine is ready.
