REDUCING RISKS

Risky work activities bring higher expenses for employers on periodic inspections and also a reduction in productive production time (most often 10-20 minutes per employee for an 8-hour shift). Poorly designed and risky workplaces have a large share in occupational diseases, long-term illness, accidents and increased staff turnover. When eliminating risks, do not let yourself be overtaken by alibi-type sentences - rotate employees, simplify the work procedure, etc. Want specific corrective measures tailored to your needs!

Our company has improved risks in several thousand jobs in the Czech Republic across all industries. We have one of the largest know-how and best practices in the Czech Republic for removing risky workplaces. How does it work?

  • Send us specific measurement results
  • We will arrange a personal meeting directly at your production site (or we can arrange a meeting online)
  • We will audit the workplace and record risky activities
  • We will evaluate and compare the current situation with the measurement results according to Czech legislation
  • We will propose corrective measures (technical, organizational, educational and health)
  • We suggest cheap, simple but also more complex measures (you will then choose the most suitable one)
  • We calculate the estimated health and financial return of selected measures (for example, reduction in the number of movements, cumulative load, minutes in unacceptable positions and also the financial benefit)
  • We present the results and proposed measures to relevant people (eg general director, HR manager, production manager, foreman, operator, health and safety technician, ergonomist, technologist, industrial engineer, designer, quality worker, etc.) - must be ordered separately
  • We recommend specific manufacturers, equipment, products, tools or aids
  • We will help with the realization and implementation of corrective measures - consultations, advice on each step of the project
  • After the implementation of corrective measures, we will recommend or order (via discounted prices from our partners) official accreditation measurements through our company

„INTERNAL ERGONOM“ COURSE

A good ergonomist who can fully address ergonomic and categorization risks in the workplace is, unfortunately, a scarce "commodity" on today's market. In this course we focus on individual mentoring and education of applied ergonomics, ie. correct evaluation and setting, especially of technical corrective measures to reduce the level of risk in workplaces. The course takes place directly in your company at your workplaces and processes. The course includes individual tasks and a final test. At the end of the course, the participant will receive a certificate.

DESIGN AND VERIFICATION

According to our many years of experience, we can detect on average around 70% of ergonomic and safety deficiencies in the design itself, when the equipment or workplace is still in the drawing process of the designer. Modifications before the machine is put into production are many times cheaper than then solved ex post in production, when the machine is ready. Reduce costs for later modifications to a minimum thanks to early detection of risks! Do not let your employees work in an unsuitable workplace for several years.
